The dryer was completely clogged with lint. This is a HUGE FIRE HAZZARD. This was reported to TAN on the Wednesday of our stay. I was told someone would be there on Thursday to clean the vent. It never happened by the time we left on Sunday. I have no idea if anyone actually fixed the situation or if the same fire hazzard is still there.
The units are often not very clean...I always have to call someone to come and sweep and mop floors...bathrooms are often not up to par. I rented two units this year two different places and had to both call cleaning people and maintenance. The units need updates, furniture is dirty and scuffed up and things don't work well...leaks in plumbing, dishwasher. 2 roaches - customer service said it was the state which I understood but we were on the 2nd floor..there was not compassion. Freezer did not work Chair was broken - it was reported to Hq and local Local and HQ in Md did assist with some reduction in processing fees because of a bat in one unit that I rented on the first day. Thank you Honestly I think I expected something better. I told local on my way out that we will not be returning to Myrtle Beach area mainly because of the lack of care.
The suite was small the air barley work i only stay 2 days outa 7 it was my worst experience ever the place had bedbugs horrible experience
Is this review directed toward the time I met one on one with Ms. Berger and signed up for VIP status for nearly $10,000? I realize that was with TAN and it seems Sundance and TAN are two different companies which is somewhat confusing as to who to contact with questions. I believe I have expressed my concerns a number of times and a main concern has been the fact that TAN properties do not allow emotional support dogs which I was not apprised of when I signed up. Please make it more flexible for busy luves
I have won the free vacation and tablet. I went on the vacation, it actually happens! The flight is worth the taxes and fees. But the hotels to the vacation spots (Las Vegas, Orlando, etc.) are A PIECE OF SHIT, so I recommend just taking the flight and booking separately hotel like I did! As for their "vacation membership", I also signed up for because I was told that in their portfolio they have Marriott hotels. Let me tell you when I logged into the Plan with Tan website, there were 0 [ZERO] Marriott hotels to be found. ... read more
