The unit was dated and dirty. I sent pictures to your company text number 443-261- 4299. I stayed only one night and agreed to leave for a full refund. My family refused to stay there, so my vacation was ruined.

after 1st day the air conditioner quit and heat index was 104. Since it was a Sunday, no one was going to be there until Monday and our unit was going to be # 8 on the list with no guarantee they would get to it that day or when. After a lot of pleading, had to pack everything back up.

Worst experience of my life. Totally ruined my family’s vacation. Checked out of the room as soon as I got there and stayed at a different resort the entire week. Will never travel with Sundance again.

The condo was badly in need of repairs. Walk-in shower had mold growing in corners. Balcony carpet was dirty, stained and very badly worn. Great location. Hopefully this can be upgraded.

The property rented out was in a very bad condition. Bedding was not washed, fridge and bathroom was rusted, and bed and sleeper couch , bathroom was old and dirty. I don’t see how we should be paying money to rent something so debilitated. We were not able to stay the whole week. This is just bad service, because we paid a lot for the plan and still pay yearly fee and booking fee. Definitely not worth it.

So far this is the worst condo condition that we stayed in so far through Sundance/TAN. We stayed in Hawaii and Hilton Head and both were pretty nice. The AC was not working when we arrived (very hot) and we had to sleep without AC the first night (Friday night) after check in. A maintenance man came the next morning but did not know anything about HVAC. He said a vendor would come by to repair it. Later on Saturday the AC was charged temporary until the leak was repaired. I thought the house itself was nice. Check in was aggravating. They made us wait because we arrived early. Said house was ready but couldnt check in until 4 exactly. First time we ever encountered such a check in since we started using Sundance. And the girl was not very pleasant about it either. Once we settled in I called the 800 service # because the owner didnt reconnect cable or WiFi for the season. Was told they would contact owner and take care of it. The rooms were very dirty. We found 10 roaches during our stay. Housekeeping only comes by once a week to clean for 5 minutes, and the dirt accumulates. Not enough clean towels. Towel exchange should be standard. Bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky. Freezer was very loud. Light in fridge didn’t work. Washer was out-of-order for over a month. Did not feel particularly welcomed or excited upon arrival. Not enough guest information, and the information we were given was unreliable.

Ocean pines..3 Crows Nest Lane..was not up to usual Tans standards. Very outdated...Not cleaned real well. Master bedroom shower had hair and black gunk at drain. Moved coffee table for someone to sleep on couch, dirty and had what looked like pieces of dog treats under it. A few bugs in both bathrooms. . Curtains in dining, living rooms were off some of the hooks, messy looking. WiFi info was incorrect, kept trying it and I finally called and got correct info.
