Waiting to hear if I have been granted access to chose date at Key Largo next summer due to horrible “VIP” vacation. Was forwarded to booking section and they don’t have it available yet.
There’s no real follow up on my first review, wasting time
Was more for members of the resort
because we didn't get to go at all....
We were met at the door by a family of cockroaches, but hey don't worry there was a piece of paper on the table that said, the scorpions will come out a night and eat the cockroaches. Now that really made us feel much better. Come on. The shower leaked so bad that the ceiling in the unit below us fell. The air conditioning kept going out, the wires to the TV's just hung down the wall from the tv. Prior to leaving for my week vacation at the Islander, I called customer service 3 days in a row to accomplish: 1 -- Getting the Check in Code and verifying that I did no have to go anywhere to check in; 2 -- To verify that I had 2 parking spaces 3 -- There would be beach passes an pool passes left in my room. I spoke with 3 different agents all of whom said "there should be passes in the room and I would have 2 parking spots". They also promised to email the check in code as well. Very tiny motel type room with outdated furniture
Terrible accommodations at the Royal Palm Bay. Property manager didn’t realize that property was In such bad shape. Won’t be staying there again and I can’t wait to get rid of my timeshare
The unit wasn't accessible for entry. I arrived approximately 6pm but was unable to enter villa until 9:30pm. During 3hrs wait, I needed to make several calls and finally had a representative come to unit to manually open door. I had a 3 &8 yr old children with me; beginning in daylight @ 6pm and ending in dark @ 9:30pm. Most importantly, there was limited cell service at the complex and I had to continually travels away from unit to communicate with representatives.
