We left 2days early because the place was very unfriendly to our kids and placed a complaint and still no return call
Horrible. My wife and I sat through a 2 hour presentation and was promised a trip with airfare and hotel for 3 nights, as long as I chose 2 different dates 30 days apart and on a Sun - Tuesday. I did all of this and was refused my request. A scam!!!!
I don’t like being pressured into buying a vacation package. Jim was great and funny though
Initial phone contact never mentioned anything about sitting through a presentation. I was only told we both needed to show ID and signs papers. Then when they switched me to another employee I was informed it would be a hour presentation (was over an hour). I really am still not sure how you start out at $20,000.00 and with each no, you kept lowering the price and giving an extra week. I sure it's great for families and people who only travel within the U.S.
We were not impressed with the condo. The garbage disposal didn't work; the towel rack in the upstairs bathroom kept falling off the wall. Most of the other condos had a cement parking area but this one did not. It was a very wet week and it was extremely muddy. It was a 2-bedroom condo, with the bedrooms on the lower level. You don,t have enough places to rent for the number of members. Many of the places need a good cleaning and an upgrade on furniture and kitchens. Would not recommend to anyone.
Gerard's presentation was very nicely done ,and we were interested at that point. Then an older women called us in to speak with her and she was very rude completely turned us off .we were at the point where we wanted to buy it but when she called me old all my girlfriend wanted to do was get out of there. I don't know if she was trying to be funny or what but that's no way to speak to a potential buyer. I am very upset with this company. They called several times a day for a couple of weeks trying to get us to come in to there office. Mostly spoke to Megan she would call my fiance at work then call me. We thought it would be a good deal just couldn't get a good day to go to the store. Then I called back today and spoke with Janice who basically told me that we do not meet the income requirements for the trip. Why should your income matter if you win something.
