The room was nice the hotel was dirty with no rules. Pool was beautiful again no rules. Loud parties all night long. The hotel is in the center of all the action, i wasnt expecting that. Maybe 40 years ago, I would have loved it. So unfortunately our taste of Tybee Island was not good. If we were in a condo or hotel in a more desirable location, we would go again.
Properties are dumps. We have not been able to book anything ever! “Booking fees” are outrageous and unaffordable. This has been a complete scam.
Floor in kitchen and living room was sticky. Counter tops in kitchen were dirty with food crumbs hardened on the surface. master bath toilet clogged every day, and most times twice or more a day! Should have known as there were two plungers in the vanity. Common bathroom leaked water in back of toilet every time a shower was taken or just using the sink. Piping going to toilet tank always seemed dry, but had a lot of green coating common for leaking copper pipes. The Quay itself was very good and had a great location.
Ghetto through and through .. I wouldn't recommend to anyone

I regret becoming a VIP client. I was very happy with the standard membership I had before.
The condo that we stayed in at Ocean City in The Quay #2003, was listed as a Luxury Condo on the website but I would not let my worst enemy stay there. We invited our friends to join us there and have never been so embarrassed in our lives. First off the Quay looks like it has not been updated for a couple of years. The room is very tight. There is a shelf where the microwave. This shelf is extended to the outside that hit my wife head twice. I had to put a soft pad on this edge, so it would not heart my wife again. The fridge freezes all food, we increase the temperature setup but the food on the doorless freezer was melting. We lost our ice cream this way. The dinning table is rocking in any location and position, we had to put a pad on on leg to stop the rocking.
I couldn't enter my room because the key code didnt work. And temputare had went down to the low fortys and there was no hear
