You don,t have enough places to rent for the number of members. Many of the places need a good cleaning and an upgrade on furniture and kitchens. Would not recommend to anyone.
Gerard's presentation was very nicely done ,and we were interested at that point. Then an older women called us in to speak with her and she was very rude completely turned us off .we were at the point where we wanted to buy it but when she called me old all my girlfriend wanted to do was get out of there. I am very upset with this company. They called several times a day for a couple of weeks trying to get us to come in to there office. Mostly spoke to Megan she would call my fiance at work then call me. We thought it would be a good deal just couldn't get a good day to go to the store. Then I called back today and spoke with Janice who basically told me that we do not meet the income requirements for the trip. Why should your income matter if you win something. Your representative boldface lied to us and and did so admittedly. Our questions were not answered otherwise it was a complete waste of time and effort. I would not recommend you favorably to any one. When we asked a question the subject was changed or rather or request ignored. I am disappointed.
It is hard to get a place in popular areas during in-season/popular times. Some places are nice, while others are disgusting. Many places need upgrading and need to use a better cleaning service. (We are not high maintenance people). The bargains are only good for people not tied to specific vacation dates, like the retired and those available to travel within a week or 2 notice. I need help getting out of my contract and getting a refund
The room was very cold and we couldn't turn the air off or the unit leaked and the floor flooded
ISSA SCAM. I went to the presentation solely to obtain the free gift so I really didn't mind suffering through the presentation and going through each level , Sales Rep, Manager, "CEO" and saying "no thanks" to each. The scam lies in the "free vacation" you get for going to the presentation. First of all, it's for two people, and you have to put a $198.00 deposit for down for the both of you.
