This review is not about the last vacation but about a new one I had wanted to book for 8/25-9/1 . You wanted to charge me $570. Plus change plus one of our pre paid weeks for a 2 bedroom.at Myrtle Beach Resorts . Stating that is was Prime season which it isn’t , I went onto thier website and got a 2 bedroom, ocean front view for $612.00 for the week . You are way over charging for your units . The unit was god awful dirty - carpets were the same carpets that were there the last time we were in this unit a few years ago and they were dirty then and I had complained. The shower fixture was just hanging away from the wall , could not regulate the hot water , From 1-10 , the view I would give it is a 1 .
Couch in living room and both chairs were old and worn out. Once you sat in them it was very hard to get out. The kitchen table and chairs were not matched. Table was way higher than the chairs. Shower in second bath was great. to bad the rest of unit was"t as good.
sub par accommodations, less than average food, a ripoff.
Not what we expected since the vacation spot was on Lake Erie. Hotel manager upset we had a boat and not wanting us to park it in the lot even though the hotel was NOT full this time of the year. Very disappointing
My checking was Saturday at the Western and Florida April 7th. I called and told him that I will be arriving late on April 9th. When I arrived on April 9th they told me that I had no room I had to wait until after 4 p.m. I paid in advance from the 7th why do they have to wait for my room
"Master" bedroom was not what I have come to expect from my Sundance Vacation stays. Only a twin bed, definitely not Queen size. The bedroom was so small that an end table could not be put on either side of the bed. No dresser in the bedroom either. My next vacation, I will be requesting a floor plan to avoid any further issues. Very Disappointing.
We left 2days early because the place was very unfriendly to our kids and placed a complaint and still no return call
Horrible. My wife and I sat through a 2 hour presentation and was promised a trip with airfare and hotel for 3 nights, as long as I chose 2 different dates 30 days apart and on a Sun - Tuesday. I did all of this and was refused my request. A scam!!!!
