Terrible accommodations at the Royal Palm Bay. Property manager didn’t realize that property was In such bad shape. Won’t be staying there again and I can’t wait to get rid of my timeshare
The unit wasn't accessible for entry. I arrived approximately 6pm but was unable to enter villa until 9:30pm. During 3hrs wait, I needed to make several calls and finally had a representative come to unit to manually open door. I had a 3 &8 yr old children with me; beginning in daylight @ 6pm and ending in dark @ 9:30pm. Most importantly, there was limited cell service at the complex and I had to continually travels away from unit to communicate with representatives.
You go and stay in this room with holes in the wall, lampshades that are "balanced" not screwed on the stand, stained blankets, filthy dirty carpeting, and no cleaning service for entire 7 day stay and then let me know how you can make it right?
Pants with Sundance was horrible there was construction on the building to property looked at terrible I wish I was able to obtain my money back and I don't think that I'm would like to even stay into Sundance back door jamb building in disarray the outside just a terrible experience
I FEEL LIKE I WAS LIED TO SO MUCH AND WAS PUSHED TO BE A VIP MEMBER .AND DIDNT GET WHAT I FEEL WAS PROMISED. THE ROOM HAD NO BALCONY. I WASNT ABLE TO GET IN AT NOON I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL 330. ROOM WASNT READY.. THE PEOPLE AT THE RESORT WERE VERY NICE.
Had trouble with the AC unit,called number provided to me and had really bad experience in getting problem solved. No call backs ,the vendor that contracted by TAN never showed for morning appointment then rescheduled for early afternoon and no showed again. Waisted a whole day waiting for the repairman.called Melissa numerous times was constantly told she would call me back,never did then she wouldn't answer text message either. This was by far our worst experience with TAN
everything went wrong since the scheduling to the rooms, very bad experience.
There was black electrical tape on the shower head and water was spraying everywhere. There were no plug for either rib so we could bath the kids. The mattress and n the pull out couch was so thin it was unusable. Under the kitchen sick was covered with mouse droppings just to name a few things. When we bought into this package we were under the assumption that these were family friendly clean vacation rentals. So far we have used 3 weeks and I must say I am very disappointed.
Horribli had some many problems with my stay st Myrtle Beach resort A248 Fridge door won’t stay close Bathroom lights blown out No dish towel & cloth Had a weird smell Bedroom rugs dirty Bathroom tube stopped up Dressers door broken Fridge won’t stay cold Dark no real lightning Bedroom tv not programmed so we couldn’t watch it Dishwasher door would close correctly.
