Until we went to the seminar no one told us about the 99.00 dollar fee. Plus no one on the phone told me what hotels we would be staying in and where the flight would be leaving from which airport. I understand paying tax on the air fare and hotel and the pad but what are the hidden charges? Also I don't want to sign anything before I hear the entire seminar. Thank you Alex
My husband and I were called by sundance vacatioins that we won a free 2 night stay and airfare. What a nightmare to use. The girl from sundance said that we were going to be treated like king and queens HARDLY. I sent the voucher with payment in the next day that sundance vacation gave us. We had to wait one month for an answer that the dates my husband and I picked we couldn't go. And couldn't use any of the airport locations either. I was very upset that I couldn't come back with the money in 2 weeks. Great deal and being a sales company I thought you would definitely try to get as many people to take advantage of the good packages your offered on Saturday, especially the charter package. Payment plan should be offered on all so more people can travel. Luis was an awesome tour guide he was professional and had excellent customer service, just think flexibility would be a great addition to your brand concept.
It was a great experience, sales representative was very helpful, we are looking forward to book over first trip, Thank you in advance!
People where nice just wish I would have known to bring extra money to sign up for deals,they had a promotion going on for just the day I was there but I was informed I wouldn't have to pay anything so I didn't bring extra money or card to pay for anything if I would have been advised I may have brought a credit card to pay for the promotional deal,also you guys should tell people to expect to be there for 2 hours instead of insinuating it would be a quick visit to the office.people where very nice and good at there job tho ... read more

It was too bad they don't cover the flight in there package...y'all need to add more islands to your list. ..my dream vacation is Jamaica and y'all do not have it on your list and y'all need to add food into the plan that will help a lot and y'all would sale more packages then normal!
