For one I went in for the free tablet and trip they left on my voicemail, went through one of the worst presentations I have ever seen the videos are not properly cut. -Pressure=0- (1st frowny face) Once out of the terrible presentation they have sale people that bring you into a room and discuss the terms/cost."current COST=$15,000" I said no to everything. There were only 4 sets of glasses,No instructions about the garbage. no tissues in bath rooms, no waste baskets in bed rooms, no chairs in be rooms,only one dishwasher liquid, in twin bedroom two switches worked nothing, on full length mirror,only three clothes hangers, no hand grips in bath rooms, toilets not comfort level,one of the two patio doors was very difficult to operate, insufficient electrical outlets( none by dining table),no instructions for coffee maker, no salt and pepper, no walk in shower, poor lighting in r... read more
Condo was supposed to accommodate 6. There were only 4 dishes, 1 knife. Only 5 dining chairs! Barely any room in the kitchen. NO counter space at all.
i am sure all these reviews on here are made up as well. this whole thing is a huge scam.
They did not mention about signing up right away so some people we're probably not financially prepared... and the representative that did the speech smell like cigarette and he had a nicotine substance in his mouth when he came to talk to us
Anthony, the Sundance sales associate who assisted me, was VERY helpful and patient. He explained, repeated, visually showed, and reclarified components that confused me so that I understand the different vacation packages that were available, and ultimately led me to choose the package which suits my financial and comfort situation. He also assured me that this was not a scam or attempt to make me feel forced into spending or wasting my money. I appreciated this experience.
The end soured the experienced. I was very forthcoming about my financial situation and the sales reps tried to guilt me into more debt by using my children against me. I felt bullied by Anita and John. When we said no to buying a package, all salespeople dismissed usand made us feel devalued.
The presentation was uninformative, we were #16 and there were 15 Sales agents the wait to make a decision was to long and we were never set up for our trip or electronic device.
Condo very nice- we did have trouble with the door on a hot Sunday afternoon- we could not get in- we were outside for 3 hours waiting for maintenance man and then for the locksmith- Also our unit was up for sale and we just happened to be there when it was being shown- I was not pleased knowing that someone would have been allowed in when we were not there- I am disturbed that no one from TAN did not contact me about all this- was there no record of the problem with the door?
