They did not mention about signing up right away so some people we're probably not financially prepared... and the representative that did the speech smell like cigarette and he had a nicotine substance in his mouth when he came to talk to us
Anthony, the Sundance sales associate who assisted me, was VERY helpful and patient. He explained, repeated, visually showed, and reclarified components that confused me so that I understand the different vacation packages that were available, and ultimately led me to choose the package which suits my financial and comfort situation. He also assured me that this was not a scam or attempt to make me feel forced into spending or wasting my money. I appreciated this experience.
The end soured the experienced. I was very forthcoming about my financial situation and the sales reps tried to guilt me into more debt by using my children against me. I felt bullied by Anita and John. When we said no to buying a package, all salespeople dismissed usand made us feel devalued.
The presentation was uninformative, we were #16 and there were 15 Sales agents the wait to make a decision was to long and we were never set up for our trip or electronic device.
Condo very nice- we did have trouble with the door on a hot Sunday afternoon- we could not get in- we were outside for 3 hours waiting for maintenance man and then for the locksmith- Also our unit was up for sale and we just happened to be there when it was being shown- I was not pleased knowing that someone would have been allowed in when we were not there- I am disturbed that no one from TAN did not contact me about all this- was there no record of the problem with the door? Until we went to the seminar no one told us about the 99.00 dollar fee. Plus no one on the phone told me what hotels we would be staying in and where the flight would be leaving from which airport. I understand paying tax on the air fare and hotel and the pad but what are the hidden charges? Also I don't want to sign anything before I hear the entire seminar. Thank you Alex
My husband and I were called by sundance vacatioins that we won a free 2 night stay and airfare. What a nightmare to use. The girl from sundance said that we were going to be treated like king and queens HARDLY. I sent the voucher with payment in the next day that sundance vacation gave us. We had to wait one month for an answer that the dates my husband and I picked we couldn't go. And couldn't use any of the airport locations either. I was very upset that I couldn't come back with the money in 2 weeks. Great deal and being a sales company I thought you would definitely try to get as many people to take advantage of the good packages your offered on Saturday, especially the charter package. Payment plan should be offered on all so more people can travel. Luis was an awesome tour guide he was professional and had excellent customer service, just think flexibility would be a great addition to your brand concept.
