They take to long doing simple work. Everytime I'm there is more then a hour waiting period.

Not able to fix the problem. Have to return again. Said they fixed the problem.
Very unhappy about the markups on the vehicle compared to the price listed on the website. The markups were added on during the sale process. It may be common industry practice but this is UNETHICAL.
Not sure where to be gun with this. This place has been annoying me for months.
We came in just looking for a car and ended up buying one. We dealt with Keith, who was super nice and helpful. The car did have issues with it because it was used and I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get the car and it did look like new when we got it. The only thing was over spray on the wheel and they told me they would fix it. Brought in car for recall for headlights. They were checked and failed making able to claim new headlights per recall. I was told it could take 3 months to get headlights as they were hard to get. I did a search and found out Regal Nissan ( which is about 20 miles away ) had the headlight assembly for my car using vin number to search. Don't understand why Sutherlin couldn't get assembly from Regal. I explained that it was getting very hard to see at night. Didn't seem to matter. Received an email stating I had 41 points which equaled $41 value. When I picked my vehicle up I was told I could only use 25 points. This service dept communicates poorly . Why not say that in the email. The email implies u can use the 41 points . Every time I have work done here, it isn’t a good experience

They didn’t offer other products like 30k mileage work. Also tried to by my car and would not give me a number so I had nothing to give my wife to look at

Came for a oil change I ask for car wash also . They got the oil change done period but the crew didn’t wash it. All they did is thought water. At the car . exterior and interior wasn’t cleaned. What the point doing my oil change at Nissan if they can’t take care of the customer. I should be going to their next door at Mazda they know how to get the job done and squeaky cleaner around the corner to do my oils change.
