Awesome services. Friendly and always explain what is going on with my car. I don't feel like I've been take advantage of like the other Nissan dealership I went to. I drive 30 minutes to get service for my car and I'm happy I did. I love Nissan grapevine. Keep up the good work and I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

I was very pleased with my service advisor Samantha. She looked up my service history and warranty plan to see exactly what my truck needed done
Staff is friendly and helpful but it seems there isn’t enough staff in service department. It took 2.5 hrs for my car to be serviced with oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid change. There didn’t appear to be too many cars ahead of mine.
My daughter’s car had an issue with the radiator and it needed service. We knew we had an extended warranty, but couldn’t find the paperwork, so we called the dealer we bought the car at (not Texas Nissan) and they said her warranty was expired. That didn’t seem right so I called Texas Nissan and spoke to Ray. He found the extended warranty and let me know it was still valid. Ray helped me arrange a tow to the dealership and kept me informed throughout the process. It was a really good experience.
Everyone was very helpful. Car was ready as promised. They did not try to oversell me anything, which would be a big turn-off for me.
Dropping off and picking up vehicle took a very long time. Staff member was very helpful though.
