Since my previous Service Advisor Samantha had left. I scheduled my service 'with any available advisor's and got Robert. He was pleasant, professional and informative.

I walked out of there with a brand new 2026 Nissan rogue so I would say all in all, it was a good experience.
Hard to get to. Pricing was extremely high, higher than quoted, and very difficult to understand. Service staff was very nice and helpful.
