Everything went well and the service person was great and timely with communication. Service person did a great job working with me on schedule and providing a uber for me to get to work.
They did what they said they were going to do in timely manner, I’m great full for that

Very professional and caring customer service. Ray was thorough and kind. For an oil change it still had me there more than an hour at 3pm on a a Saturday though. It’s okay, we all need patience!

Sales person was not very helpful but probably average for car salesmen overall. He wouldn’t negotiate the “dealer fees” on a used car until I told him I was leaving. Finance guy (didn’t get his name) was very good and worked to get us a better deal than what was originally presented.
