Very responsive sales team who answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Our vehicle purchase was somewhat unique and the Texas Nissan of Grapevine provided patience and guidance to get paperwork completed and vehicle purchased as quickly as possible.

My service guy was new and no other employees came to assist him throughout my process. I was told that tire rotation was included when I called to schedule the service and it was not done. The person that scheduled my service was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable; however, the guy that came to assist when I arrived did not seem to be ready to be working alone. Also, for the amount of time that I was there you you would think I got more than just an oil change

Nissan - Grapevine Service Department has consistently provided excellent customer service and maintenance upkeep on my 2014 Murano over the past 10 years. Every time I leave it feels like I am driving my car as new again. Friendly, professional and technical customer service folks, this time was Samantha and her team. So far consistently for 10 years.

Oil change service was very good. Car wash was ok, but a bit slow from lots of activity.

Service advisors are friendly, appointment time was easy and flexible I have had some good and bad experiences in the past several years, but with new management I am off to a good start
