Tom was very friendly professional. He kept me informed at every step on the progress of my vehicle. He made a difference in how things seem to be shifting for the better.
The tech that was supposed to be assisting me left without telling me anything or that someone else would assist me further. No one was aware my vehicle was ready for delivery until I asked and then they couldn't find the keys or report. I have to admit, I am glad to see more people there but highly disappointed I had the most inexperienced person helping me out.
