I was scheduled for Zaktek and then told Samantha I wanted to check on 2 other items. We left my car and returned the next morning to pick it up. The Zaktek was done and she also had the stain on the car seat looked at and got an estimate for painting the area where the rock chip was. I left a satisfied customer.

My last visit was for an oil change & tire rotation. Ray was the employee who assisted. My service went well. My only recommendation would be to reduce the time, it took almost 3hrs.

I was stressed about getting new tires even though I only had 20,000 miles in my lease car my son is having surgery a pipe busted at my house. I was able to get approval to finance my new tires which was a huge weight off my back appreciate Samantha's patience for this crazy mom
