It was an overall good experience. Team handled the recall. Team indicated the vehicle was all good after running full multi point review.
Mr. Cotton took the time to make sure all my needs were met. Also made sure my recalls wad taking care of while I was there so wouldn't have make another trip up there.

Tom was excellent he helped me with my appointment and he even checked to see if I had free oil changes and I did!! He went out of his way during the appointment and answered any questions I had. His demeanor was great, I appreciated his service.
