I was a walk-in customer who needed an oil change and 100,000 tune-up. Upon further inspection, other items needed immediate and moderate attention. Tom walked me through the services without pressuring for a sale. Appreciate the thoughtfulness. He gave me an estimated time to complete the repair.

They changed the oil and were going to align the tires. They decided that aligning my tires would be a waste of money since I need new tires. Jordan gave me a written quote for 4 different tire manufacturers. Then told me Nissan is having a tire promotion in Feb and if I can wait, I'll save some money. Any other dealership would have aligned my tires unnecessarily and not told me about the February promotion. Thank you Jordan and Nissan! A Grateful Customer, Shirley Armstrong
