I like the gym, the price is fair, staff is friendly, parking is a nightmare, I take mainly classes and the instructors are very good. I took an instructional class yesterday on proper form, there were three instructors there and they were top-notch on instructing,explaining the benefits of proper form, warming up and stretching afterwards, demonstrating, observing, correcting so we were all doing the exercise correctly. EDIT FROM 1-4 stars. I got in touch with the right person and the whole problem has been solved. They apologized and removed me from the collection. I did not have to pay anything at the end of the day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SIGNING UP FOR THIS GYM. The ABDfinancials that they are using is terrible and will take all of your money. I've been trying to cancel this membership for over a year and every time they find something wrong. I wrote a letter informing them why I want to cancel, I payed the last month. It's super small, the parking lot is small also so you struggle to get parking. Also didn't like the fact the showers don't have curtains
I was a member 5 years ago and it was still shiny new, spacious and not crowded. I re-joined this month and wish I had not. While the location is convenient, it is SO over crowded to the point I feel completely caged in and I stare a the clock bc I can't wait to get out of there. While it is clean for the amount of folks there..I did not return to my circuit workout bc it is so crowded and I don't have time to stop and go. It was not like this 5 years ago. They need to stop allowing new members...there has to be a limit.... read more

I've been going here for a few months now. I've read the comments about the hidden fees and all that nonsense...the thing is, if you read the contract...nothing is hidden. Don't blame your negligence on the staff! On a lighter note, I really like the gym. The setting is nice and easy to get acclimated to. There is a plethora of running machines and enough machines to go around. The shakes they make are amazing, the price is a bit steep but it hits the spot when you need it. Was here for 6 weeks when visiting my parents from out of town. Really really like this gym. The membership / sales person I worked with was very accommodating and never gave me the runaround or upsell or anything. Just a straightforward price for exactly what I needed - thank you!! Further, they have a perfect mix of equipment. Any gym that has cybex arc trainers and Free Motion equipment is going to get me signing up. Very very cool. Started coming here a few weeks ago from the Lifetime Athletic in Harrison. Wow the price sure is right, was pleasantly surprised the whole summer cost me the same as 1 month at Lifetime. This gym is everything you need, good amount of cardio, 2 squat racks that are rarely used, lots of machines and even turf to do functional training/sleds, etc. They have a classroom that you can use when classes aren't in session.
