Good gym, good machines, somewhat knowledgable staff, but as everyone here stated, the billing is retarded. I was paying $30 a month for the past year and what do I get for being a loyal customer? An increase to $35 a month because I continued my membership after my one year anniversary. So in order for the price to go back to $30, I need to sign another 1-year agreement - I've never heard of any gym doing this. Ridiculous.
I responded to the marketing offering a free three day trial and stopped by to take a look. However, after taking a tour and generally liking what I saw, the process ended abruptly when I showed my out of state ID. My thoughts are that if you spend most of your time in the Greenwich area, but happen to be a Monegasque, you should still be able to take advantage of a trial to see if the place is right for you . In summary: a clean and convenient gym with friendly staff, but their policy could be tweaked slightly.
Great way to get your money's worth! The edge is a steal! The classes are great the staff is supportive and the company is very cool. The email updates remind me to exercise. I like that this gym has a great mix of people. Love it!!!

Went there yesterday and the same problems still exist (see my monthly updates)! Machines broken for several months after it was brought to mgt's attention. Worn out machines with worn off number on the weights. Mgt doesnt care and only wants more fees without maintaining the equipment.

Once again: they are liars. I signed my son up ten months ago for a one year membership. We were told we could put a freeze on our account at any time, which would extend the end date. I tried this yesterday and was told that there was a one month minimum. Total BS. I was also screwed over by them a few years ago (and swore to NEVER do business with them again. My son convinced me to give it another try). So sick of their crap.

This place is a total rip off, and shady beyond any imagination. I worked here for a few months last year (2024) and regret every second of it. The staff there don't care about anyone, not willing to help others, and think they're better than anyone that walks in. Everything is broken or falling apart, not willing to fix it, and it's kinda creepy there. I'm surprised it's still in business. I truly don't know why people go there. Every member there knows it's not worth going.
I went in on Sunday and here it is almost a month later and the SAME equipment is STILL BROKEN in addition to other equipment! Also, most of the numbers on the weights are worn off and have been for a long time. I guess its too much effort to walk next door to Staples for some 99ct stickers to fix the problem. Just keep paying those higher and higher membership fees though!

Overcrowded. Unfriendly staff. Too many young members use their phones non stop, not allowing access to equipment they are sitting on for a long time.
