Wow! What an incredible experience. We did the Roux cooking class and our chef Preston was amazing! Very knowledgeable and made the class so much fun. Delicious food and all you can drink beer, wine, and soda. Such a fun intimate experience. I’m so glad we decided to go with the Mardi Gras school of cooking. Can’t wait to visit again and take another class.

We absolutely loved our cooking experience at Mardi Gras School of Cooking! Chef Connor was great and our food was delicious! We learned new techniques that we’ll be able to implement into a variety of recipes. We’ll definitely be booking another class when we return to NO.

Hi, Nicole. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you for the review!
My wife and I enjoyed the cooking instructions provided by Chef Conor. It was a great hands-on experience. We chose the Sauce class which was Shrimp with Remoulade sauce, Scallops and roasted asparagus with Tasso Beurre sauce, and Pecan Praline Bread Pudding. What’s not to love about that meal. Wine (or beverage of your choice) was included. One of the best things we’ve done in New Orleans.
