Very pleased with our purchasing experience at The Mattress Factory. Happy with the selection and great prices, and especially appreciated the salesperson, who was available to share his knowledge and answer our questions, but didn't "hover" or try to oversell us... just tried to help us find the mattress that was right for us. Would definitely shop there again.

From the showroom to delivery, my experience was seamless and enjoyable. The salesperson was knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy and assisted us until we found what we wanted. Got a great deal and set up the delivery for that Saturday. The delivery people for the king size bed up to our third floor with no issues, set up the bed and we’re friendly and done in no time. I am impressed and very pleased with this experience and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

My parents, family, and I have been purchasing bedding at the Mattress Factory on Cottman Avenue for more than 20 years now for both our Philly homes and shore homes. We love that it is family owned and operated, and both father and son Jim have always been very helpful. They don’t try to upsell you at all.. no gimmicks.
