Just bought my new mattress this morning (4/2/23. Can't wait till until I get it picked up. The Staff member/employee was very friendly and helpful. He offered recommendations. Gave me time to lay on the mattresses and test them out. I ended up going with his first recommendation which was a Serta.

I was looking for a new mattress and called and went in to a few other places and really got the run around/car salesman attitude. Then I called and spoke to Dwight at Mattress Factory on Cottman Ave in Phila and felt very comfortable. I went in and he was really one of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with for any product. The sales associate, Dwight was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was there to buy 2 mattresses, one for my 97 year old Mom. Dwight did a great job helping us out. 5 stars!! I would go back here if I needed another mattress.
