I was looking for a new mattress and called and went in to a few other places and really got the run around/car salesman attitude. Then I called and spoke to Dwight at Mattress Factory on Cottman Ave in Phila and felt very comfortable. I went in and he was really one of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with for any product. The sales associate, Dwight was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was there to buy 2 mattresses, one for my 97 year old Mom. Dwight did a great job helping us out. 5 stars!! I would go back here if I needed another mattress.
