My lovely vertical blinds were installed today. Everything went well. From my initial phone call of inquiry, to the sales visit (Mike) to the installer (Abbas), all of my expectations were met or exceeded. The Vertical Connection is an outstanding company. From their visit to create the estimate to the close of the job, they were professional and cordial. They removed all our carpet and installed wood floors. The job was completed in a superior manner with close attention to detail in corners and doorways. The workman were very competent and efficient. Clean up was spotless. If I need anything their company can provide, I will quickly call them again. Fantastic job.
