From the sales through to the installation it was a great experience. We liked what we bought and how it looks in our home so much that we went back a few weeks later to have them do another few rooms.

Stephanie assisted me in finding carpet for my basement. She came to my house and measured and I received an estimate within a day. I chose my carpet in the showroom and listened to her advise. Carpet was installed 2 weeks later and the basement looks incredible!! Brighter and the wall color matched perfectly. Stephanie is efficient, resourceful, punctual and is extremely personable.

Stephanie came to our house and helped us choose banded shades. We first sent her photos since our family room windows were spread out oddly. She gave us expert advice. Cody came out and verified the measurements. Everything from start to finish was friendly, professional, and creative. Took a lot of worry out of the design, selection, and execution of this process that I knew nothing about :-)

We had yet another great experience with Vertical Connection. Last week, during a storm we had a minor flood in our carpeted basement. I contacted Larry to discuss our options; he replied immediately, as he always does. He and Sean came over the next day, and a few days later we had our padding replaced and the carpet restretched so that it looks and feels like new. Everything went smoothly, eliminating any potential stress, and the cost was less than we anticipated. Thank you, Larry!

David's customer service skills are above and beyond. He has been attentive, patient and kind. It has been a several month process to have my carpet installed with Carpet One for the second time due to a basement flood.
