I’m a property manager, and I have to say that I just love Larry Roberts’ upfront and straightforward style when it came down to gathering the estimate, setting up the times, checking in, and follow through. He understands what it takes when it comes to carpets for rental properties. Larry Roberts is my go to guy!

The whole process from selection to installation was great. Tom Harryman was very knowledgeable with selections and followed through very promptly. His many years of experience in carpet sales is evident! Our installation turned out beautifully. We couldn’t be happier with Vertical Connection and love the new carpet.
Had to clue on how to select the best window treatments for our family room. We had a weird window grouping. We wanted to out but wanted it darkened during the winter when the trees were bare and the sunlight was strong. Stephanie helped with the selection, and we are very happy with the installation process too.

From the sales through to the installation it was a great experience. We liked what we bought and how it looks in our home so much that we went back a few weeks later to have them do another few rooms.
Stephanie assisted me in finding carpet for my basement. She came to my house and measured and I received an estimate within a day. I chose my carpet in the showroom and listened to her advise. Carpet was installed 2 weeks later and the basement looks incredible!! Brighter and the wall color matched perfectly. Stephanie is efficient, resourceful, punctual and is extremely personable.
Stephanie came to our house and helped us choose banded shades. We first sent her photos since our family room windows were spread out oddly. She gave us expert advice. Cody came out and verified the measurements. Everything from start to finish was friendly, professional, and creative. Took a lot of worry out of the design, selection, and execution of this process that I knew nothing about :-)
