I'd give ten stars if I could. They went above and beyond when another company left me in a bad situation. They rushed delivery, and did a fantastic install of the nicest carpeting I have ever seen.

What an amazing experience dealing with Anna Brandt from Vertical Connection! She was so thoughtful and kind from beginning to end assisting me with my broken shade. She was able to deal directly with Hunter Douglas to complete the repair quickly. Very happy Vertical Connection customer for life!!!

We recently had Vertical Connection re-carpet our floating staircase,, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. The Vertical Connection Carpet One, recently did an outstanding job with a large flooring project at my mother's house in preperation to list the house for sale. I was on a tight deadline, and they were instrumental in making it happen. My salesperson, John Hinzman, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From start to finish the team at The Vertical Connection did an excellent job. Ray stopped by and took the measurements for our kitchen floor and a few days after Vikki reached out as our point of contact for the job. Our install went very smoothly and the installer did a wonderful job. Unfortunately I wasn't home so I did not catch his name. The Vertical Connection is by far the best flooring company I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. I’ve had carpet and floors done in previous homes but none have shown the quality or care the way The Vertical Connection has. I have been raving about them to family and friends since the completion. Over the past year, we've had Hunter Douglas blinds installed on all 17 of our windows. The blinds came in earlier than expected, were professionally installed, and work and look great! Everything involving the VC carpet install was great. The sales person (Nick?) showed up with samples and pricing and suggestions. I was pleased with the carpet choice and the price. The installers came within the specified time and did a great job while being polite and respectful of the property. All in all it was a job well done!
