We recently ordered new carpet for our three bedrooms. Our salesman was Mike Kaplan at the Columbia, MD store. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us select our carpets. In fact, we decided to add another room to this project and put a new kitchen floor covering as well. the installation team worked hard and satisfactorily completed the job in one day i.e. all four floors. We are completely satisfied with the job.

Just had my second Hunter blind repair experience with The Vertical Connection. The staff was very knowledgeable and responsive, and made the whole process very simple and straightforward.  The large custom blind we had repaired would have been expensive to replace, and it now works like it is factory new. My go to place for window treatments and service.

We relocated to Maryland in 1988. The interior decorator for the builder chose light gray carpet, which was aesthetically pleasing until a couch released flame retardant. Seeking a reliable solution, we returned to Vertical Connection-Carpet One, where Steve, the owner, consistently addressed any issues promptly, such as replacing worn blind cords. If you need flooring, Vertical Connection is the ONLY place to go!!! Our salesperson, Nick was the very best salesperson we have ever worked with.
