Stephanie came to our house and helped us choose banded shades. We first sent her photos since our family room windows were spread out oddly. She gave us expert advice. Cody came out and verified the measurements. Everything from start to finish was friendly, professional, and creative. Took a lot of worry out of the design, selection, and execution of this process that I knew nothing about :-)

We had yet another great experience with Vertical Connection. Last week, during a storm we had a minor flood in our carpeted basement. I contacted Larry to discuss our options; he replied immediately, as he always does. He and Sean came over the next day, and a few days later we had our padding replaced and the carpet restretched so that it looks and feels like new. Everything went smoothly, eliminating any potential stress, and the cost was less than we anticipated. Thank you, Larry!
David's customer service skills are above and beyond. He has been attentive, patient and kind. It has been a several month process to have my carpet installed with Carpet One for the second time due to a basement flood. David checked in on me regularly and did everything he could to make the process easier for me. He's a great guy and I am so glad he was there to assist me when I walked in the door. You're the best David!!!
My family and I have been using Vertical Connection for 30 years and keep going back. We couldn't be happier. They just installed new carpet throughout my house for me and everything was great. Larry and the installation team took excellent care of me. I highly recommend.
Installers were right on time! The installation was seamless, and I was able to enjoy my new blinds within minutes. Easy, efficient, and a great product.

Had my bedroom vinyl floor replaced with low VOC/hypoallergenic carpet by Vertical Connection. I’m very pleased with results. Project consultant, David Alexander, showed me samples of various carpets to choose from. After measuring my unit David gave me a price quote and a time-line of when project would be completed.
