We had yet another great experience with Vertical Connection. Last week, during a storm we had a minor flood in our carpeted basement. I contacted Larry to discuss our options; he replied immediately, as he always does. He and Sean came over the next day, and a few days later we had our padding replaced and the carpet restretched so that it looks and feels like new. Everything went smoothly, eliminating any potential stress, and the cost was less than we anticipated. Thank you, Larry!

David's customer service skills are above and beyond. He has been attentive, patient and kind. It has been a several month process to have my carpet installed with Carpet One for the second time due to a basement flood. David checked in on me regularly and did everything he could to make the process easier for me. He's a great guy and I am so glad he was there to assist me when I walked in the door. Had my bedroom vinyl floor replaced with low VOC/hypoallergenic carpet by Vertical Connection. I’m very pleased with results. Project consultant, David Alexander, showed me samples of various carpets to choose from. After measuring my unit David gave me a price quote and a time-line of when project would be completed. Vertical Connection is the ideal choice for flooring and flooring installation. VC installed new floors in our whole row home in Baltimore. The product looks gorgeous and the installation team did great work. We've had no issues with the installation after now almost five years of use. The VC team has been wonderful to work with every step of the way, really helpful both when picking out the floor we wanted in their showroom and throughout the installation process. We would recommend VC to anyone.

I heard about vertical connection on wpoc radioand thought I would get an estimate from them. I'm so glad I did. The whole experience from start to finish was flawless. Starting with David ,who came to my home to show me the carpet and give me a price. He was professional, but not pushy. The installers were on time and efficient. Finally,hats off to Vicky,who made the arrangements. She couldn't have been nicer.
