Had my bedroom vinyl floor replaced with low VOC/hypoallergenic carpet by Vertical Connection. I’m very pleased with results. Project consultant, David Alexander, showed me samples of various carpets to choose from. After measuring my unit David gave me a price quote and a time-line of when project would be completed. Vertical Connection is the ideal choice for flooring and flooring installation. VC installed new floors in our whole row home in Baltimore. The product looks gorgeous and the installation team did great work. We've had no issues with the installation after now almost five years of use. The VC team has been wonderful to work with every step of the way, really helpful both when picking out the floor we wanted in their showroom and throughout the installation process. We would recommend VC to anyone.

I heard about vertical connection on wpoc radioand thought I would get an estimate from them. I'm so glad I did. The whole experience from start to finish was flawless. Starting with David ,who came to my home to show me the carpet and give me a price. He was professional, but not pushy. The installers were on time and efficient. Finally,hats off to Vicky,who made the arrangements. She couldn't have been nicer.

Installed VCT in renovated house looks fabulous. Quality of product, installation, and service are excellent. We were nervous about scheduling around other trades and the divergent sub-floor surfaces. Sales and Service were as accommodating and informative as they could possibly be.

I found out, not just carpets, excellent window treatments too. Actually excellent experience from initial cold-call phone call contacting them through to installation. Will definitely be using them for all my future window treatments. Anna answers immediately. She is professional, friendly and efficient. Stephen the sales person who came out to my house is not only friendly, knowledgeable and "non-pushy", he came up with ideas that saved me money on window treatments.
