Excellent experience on a recent whole-house install. Needed to refresh our carpets before putting our house on the market and the whole crew at Vertical Connection was great to work with. John Hinzman (salesman at the store) understood just what we were looking for and after inspecting and measuring the house gave us an honest assessment of various options available. We were extremely satisfied with our experience with the Vertical Connection. Steve was very helpful when selecting the carpet within our price range. The installers were very courteous and completed the job in 3 hours. They put everything back where it belonged and the carpet looks great!
