Everything involving the VC carpet install was great. The sales person (Nick?) showed up with samples and pricing and suggestions. I was pleased with the carpet choice and the price. The installers came within the specified time and did a great job while being polite and respectful of the property. All in all it was a job well done!

We used Vertical Connections for our carpeting services when we first moved into our home. They did a very professional job and when we noticed some loose carpeting they came out and fixed it for us at no extra charge. It only seemed natural for us to use the same company when we were ready to get our floors redone. They did such a neat job and helped fix areas we needed extra touch ups. We were very pleased with our recent Vertical Connection experience installing Luxury Vinyl Flooring in our upstairs bedrooms and hallway. The entire experience with the Vertical connection was amazing. The salesperson Tom Harryman was patient, efficient and so friendly. The selection of carpet tile was amazing and the process so easy. The whole process of selecting and installing was seamless.  The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable, and the guys who installed the carpeting did a great job.  They moved and re-placed my furniture perfectly.  I highly recommend The Vertical Connection!

We had a phenomenal experience with Vertical Connection. Our Rep Adam was fantastic and very patient with us and helped us choice the perfect carpet for our space!  We had our A/C fail during install but the team did as much as they could the first day and then were able to promptly finish up as soon as we had our AC back up and running.  Larry was also a HUGE help during his follow up visit, giving us tips and tricks for aftercare and what to do if we needed any assistance.  We are so happy with our new carpet! I called Vertical Connection and made an appointment with Nick. He came out to the house to take measurements and give me an estimate. Since he had some samples in the car I took a look at them and liked one of them very much. He left it with me and I decided to go with it. Couldn’t have been easier.
