If you need flooring, Vertical Connection is the ONLY place to go!!! Our salesperson, Nick was the very best salesperson we have ever worked with. He not only assisted us with choices but he made sure that everything went perfectly from the first time in Vertical Connection to the end of the job. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

We recently had Vertical Connection install shutters in our living room and woven wood shades in our dining room, and we couldn't be more pleased. Stephanie helped us choose products and details that complement our taste. Anna kept us up to speed with the status of our order. I don't typically leave reviews, but it would be criminal not sharing the exceptional experience I received working with Vertical Connections. I needed to replace the carpet and flooring on two floors. Larry Roberts, guru of flooring, adjusted his schedule to meet me at the property. I started my flooring adventure with The Vertical Connection with my salesman Stephan. He was nice knowledgeable. By the time he came, he was my 4th quote. Of my 4 quotes, he was the highest, but not by a whole lot. What really got me was that the reviews I read on this company were exceptional. Larry is the kind of sales person I want to work with in every project. Very responsive and professional. He, Sean and Vicki all did their due diligence and got my apartment re-carpeted so quickly.
