This is the second time using The Vertical Collection for flooring. I am once again very pleased with the service I received as well as the help of my salesman Stephen Harrell. Everyone who I dealt with at the company was very helpful and professional. The installers arrived right on time and they worked diligently and did an excellent job. Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. We had no idea what we needed? Hardwood, Engineered Wood or Luxury Vinyl. What started as a 36 square foot repair job for a water damaged floor turned into a 1,600 square foot new floor job. If it wasn’t for Joan, Tim, Shawn, Vicky, Oscar and his assistant I don’t know what we would have done! The entire experience was simple and painless. From walking into the showroom and talking with John, to having him come out to the house and measure, and then having Domingo and his partner come out and install our carpet. It was all a good experience and we highly recommend the good folks at The Vertical Connection.
The staff at Verticle Connection have been wonderful from the beginning to the end of our project. Joan walked us through all of the products that suited our needs and helped us make that final decision based on her experience and her knowledge of our project. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new carpet! The entire process was awesome. From a fantastic selection of options, to completely no-pressure sales and guaranteed best prices - ordering from The Vertical Connection was a no brainer. My install team was fantastic and expertly completed a nearly whole-house project in one day, while I was at work. My silly favorite thing is lying on the floor and enjoying the plush feel and the absolute absence of the 25+ years of smells and ick from kid/pets in the carpet that we replaced :)
The crew arrived right on time, was very professional and thorough and did a great job overall. They moved furniture very carefully, with nothing marred or otherwise damaged. They invited me to check everything thoroughly before asking me to sign off on the job. The carpet looks great and feels good underfoot. This was our first time using Vertical Connection, and we will definitely be repeat customers.
