I started my flooring adventure with The Vertical Connection with my salesman Stephan. He was nice knowledgeable. By the time he came, he was my 4th quote. Of my 4 quotes, he was the highest, but not by a whole lot. What really got me was that the reviews I read on this company were exceptional. Larry is the kind of sales person I want to work with in every project. Very responsive and professional. He, Sean and Vicki all did their due diligence and got my apartment re-carpeted so quickly. To top it off they sent their best team to install. I am so pleased with the service and commumication. Top Notch! Don't use any other vendor! Thank you all so much. Larry is rarity in this world. One of the last few people I've met that are actually dedicated to helping a customer versus making a buck. Larry and his team helped my wife and I through a tough spot during a basement renovation, and truly put us first. Stephanie Bunting was simply fantastic to work with. We did a big renovation project on our home and she helped us choose just the right flooring for the look. Later, when the project was complete, she helped us get blinds. In both instances, we made an appointment with her and she really took her time explaining all the options and giving terrific advice on how to choose exactly the right look. I’m a property manager, and I have to say that I just love Larry Roberts’ upfront and straightforward style when it came down to gathering the estimate, setting up the times, checking in, and follow through. He understands what it takes when it comes to carpets for rental properties. Larry Roberts is my go to guy!

The whole process from selection to installation was great. Tom Harryman was very knowledgeable with selections and followed through very promptly.
