Steve was the flooring expert that helped me select the flooring that would best complement my kitchen. I told him that I would like it installed as soon as possible and he made it happen. The installers were professional and efficient. The floors look beautiful. I would definitely recommend going there.

We are long term, satisfied customers of Vertical Connection. Our experience last month with Joan Hughes, VC interior designer, was wonderful. Joan met with us 3 times, in our home and at their office. She helped us choose a large kitchen window treatment, LR and FR area rugs, and a foyer stair runner. I was in search of a new area rug for my classroom and spoke to John Hinzman about purchasing one. He spoke to the owner and they graciously donated a rug. John helped me choose the perfect color and had it made to a custom size for my space. My students and I love having a comfortable space to sit and learn!
