Tom and Sean did a great job. They were professional and friendly. They answered all my questions politely. I was impressed to see they returned all my furniture in exact locations without me being present, good memory. I am very pleased with all carpet services rendered to me from start of sales, to installation scheduling , and to the final installation. Lastly, Vertical Connection followed up to ensure installation was installed properly and to ensure I was satisfied with the installation. Thank you Vertical Connecti... read more

Vertical Connection Carpet One was Professional from the first meeting with Sales right through the installation. They did our entire upstairs with new carpet and our bathroom with LVT and we couldn't be happier with all of it. The family install team was on time, efficient, and really knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Vertical Connection Carpet One!

Five stars just doesn’t seem like enough! Your crew did a wonderful job installing about 2,000 sq feet of variable plank luxury vinyl in our 40 year old home! They even redid our stairs. The family team was on time, neat and polite. We could not have asked for better installers. There is no more wall to wall in my house now. This will be much easier to clean and cause fewer allergy symptoms for us. Thank you to Tom and the installer team. My son recommended you and we are so glad he did! Linda and Ralph M.

My floor looks great! Everyone was very friendly and communicative throughout the process. After the materials arrived, installation took one day and there was no mess leftover. I’ll be returning next time I need new flooring!

I had such a good experience the first time around, I came back to Vertical Connection when it was time to update the downstairs carpet. But reviews aren’t that valuable when things go well. There was a bit of a hiccup on install day and they handled it with no problem. Totally satisfied!
