John Hinzman, when he came to our home to measure for the carpet, was particularly helpful with suggestions for moving furniture and the contents of a large hobby room in preparation for the installation. Everything went great from the sales floor experience through the installation. The crew was friendly and courteous, and did a great job. They cleaned up all of their trash, and were done in one day.
