I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I am a PLUS member and have had some disappointing encounters. This last one did it for me. I scheduled an appointment online, confirmed it via text and when I arrived at the appointment they told me I didn't have an appointment scheduled. After some time of back and fourth and verification it ended being that I indeed did have an appointment and they were going to see my pet. 5 min have gone by since the appointment verification and then they call me and tell me that they can't see ... read more
