Took my dog today to make sure she didn’t have a UTI. The tech that helped us was very kind and the vet’s call while we waited in the car was very thorough. I’m so appreciative of their services and the risks they are taking especially during the stay at home order. Thank you for taking care of our fur babies during this time, I appreciate you all!

I was originally with another vet and tried Thrive out because mine was completely booked. I was so impressed that I have switched all my pets to Thrive. Their customer service is outstanding and they go above and beyond. What surprises me the most is that every time I show up, even w/o an appointment, that they know my dog and greet him with enthusiasm.

Horrible customer "NO" Service.... arrived at Noon, first waiting 15 minutes for a receptionist, then when one arrived I was informed the Dr Is not available to help me with a replacement med for my pup, lost a dose.. 2ML worth.. Since no one was there I had to come later. Arrived later in the day and come to find out that the whole 2ML of medication was $10.50? Is this colored GOLD?
