I was a little worried reading some of these bad reviews but wow was a proved wrong! They were SO nice, caring, quick, and helpful!! I was in and out of there with the answers I needed and the products I needed for my cat. I am so happy I got a membership here now
Been going to the location on Oltorf/1st - for 4 years now , parking is hard to find , came here front row parking ! The staff is super friendly ! Answered all my questions , and even mention there app that is super easy and very convenient:) I will be going back for sure

Cute little vet clinic. I was able to get a same day appt for my puppy's vaccination. Super affordable, exam almost half of what I get at other vets! Knowledgeable & friendly staff that really seem to love animals.

My dog need to be seen cause he was licking his paw alot but he would not let me check it. So I made an appointment with Thrive. I had taken there once before and they treated him very good so I took him back.
Another cat mom suggested Thrive to me. My previous vet had left her practice and that office was a drive after moving. It is easy to schedule, add vet records, and pay. pretty much everything was sent in a link via text - even the invoice, which was super convenient. The vet tech and the vet were both very nice, attentive, and sweet to my cat. Amazing and friendly staff! I brought my dog for a wellness exam and it was super fast and easy.
This was probably my best visit in a couple of years and I have only gone to them for 4 years for all 3 of my dogs. They send out the check in before you get there which makes everything not take as long. And they also printed out the vaccine records at the end of the appointment without asking for them to which is a first. Seems like there is a good focus on their patient experience which was/is sorely needed.
