I love this place and just wanted to say that Michelle W. on the appointment line is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond for my friend and I today! It was a very strange situation that we found ourselves in, but Michelle W. worked so hard and diligently to get everything set! She's amazing and I wish I could hug her in person. My friend and I are crying happy tears of relief and it's all thanks to her. Thanks again Michelle! You're the greatest! #thrive

First time visiting, I just adopted a new kitten, and turns out he has a URI. The entire staff was so nice and attentive I was with Dr. Boechat and tech Amy and they took great care of my kitten and took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. Best part is pricing, I ended up getting full treatment and exam with the price that I thought I was going to pay for the exam alone! Thank you everyone!!

My experience with THRIVE was truly amazing and I'm so happy with the service my 4 year old pug, Baxter, received. A few weeks ago, Baxter started to act a little bit sick. He had no energy, didn't want to eat, and was very lethargic. He wouldn't come when I called, didn't want to go outside, and didn't want to be touched, which is extremely out of character for him. My experience at this location could not have been better. Dr. Harrell is just wonderful - smart, friendly, personable, great with my dog. Jeanette (the tech) was super sweet and helpful. My dog adores them both. The office is very clean/nice. The bill was completely affordable. We have officially found our new vet!

I've taken my cat in twice for her annual vaccinations. Both times the staff and Vet were very thorough but there was no high pressure at all to get a bunch of tests. They are very reasonably priced.

We love thrive for routine visits and shots. Clean offices and sweet staff. Quick in and out for Banjo our labordoodle... he actually loves coming here.

First time to this location but been using this business for the past 3 years or so. I really liked this location more than the Oltorf location due to way more parking. Our tech was Tammie was she was really wonderful to us, as well as Dr. Matern too. Really loved how informative they were to all questions we had and ultra loving to our dog. I definitely will be a regular at this location from this point forward. Prices felt ultra fair for the services too.

Fast and efficient! So glad I found this place. I needed to get a rabies shot to move into a new apartment complex and was able to book that morning. I was greeted when entering the waiting area. They quickly got my previous shot records to scan while I was in the treatment room. The entire facility was spotless. The tech, Marissa, came in and took my dog to the back for the shot and exam. My little puppy had his very first vet appointment here and bother and him were extremely pleased with the results. He had to get his first puppy shots and the staff played and distract him and the whole appointment went very well. I felt like the staff took their time to get to know king( my doggie) and both me and my boyfriend. They definitely made us want to keep going to them for further care. The kindness of the staff was consistent from the moment we arrived until the time we left the store.
