Quiet literally the most disrespectful group of technicians I have ever worked with. Provided me with inaccurate dates that my dog needed her vaccines and so she had to get a double round of them all because they lost her information. I will never use thrive again and have sent many people here in the past who have had awful experiences who will not be going back as well.

Absolutely AWFUL experience. Took our puppy back for his final round of puppy shots. Kept him over an hour--retuned him to us covered in pee, since he had peed in whatever kennel they kept him in either out of fear or because he was back there so damn long--and then said his first round of shots "didn't count" because he had them at a breeder (even tho we had vet records from the breeders vet). So they wouldn't give him the rabies shot we expected today, as they wanted us to pay for and schedule a FOURTH round of puppy vacci... read more

First off let me say that I have been to two other Thrive locations in Austin and have had no issue with the quality of service. From the moment I arrived at this location, the staff was extremely unprofessional. I was told that they were running late because they had to euthanize an animal which is heartbreaking but also not something I want to hear. After our long wait, (understandable) I was then able to take my dog in for his vaccination appointment the vet tech was extremely rude and proceeded to boss me around about h... read more

This place's scheduling system is a joke, they have "Wellness" and "Sick" options when scheduling and I had a receptionist call me trying to push my Wellness appointment back a week and switched to a Sick appointment because I said I wanted to get a wellness check for my dog as well as ask the vet some precautionary questions. She said that questions take too long and should be scheduled as a "Sick" visit even if the dog is not sick. I took my dog in for vaccines and two days later she got kennel cough and the soonest appointment they had to see her was in TEN DAYS. We will not be returning.

Terrible service! My dog has been really sick since yesterday and I was able to find an appointment at this location. They texted me at least 4 times today to let me know that they were running late in the appointments and they also sent a check-in form to let them know my dog's symptoms. I arrived there at 4:55 pm for a 5 pm appointment and waited for over an hour to get the call of a technician at 6:10 pm saying that my dog was supposed to be sedated. Out of the 4 times I've taken my dog here, I've had to reschedule the appointment twice, because the doc had a medical issue. I've also been given the wrong prescription by these fools, which made my dog extremely sick. These people are total amateurs. You get what you pay for.

This place is a disaster all the time, especially since COVID. It takes 3-4 weeks to schedule an appointment. They don't have any walk-ins (even if you pay for the yearly pet package). I ended up going to an emergency vet for a simple ear infection. They run late for every appointment, I sat in my car for 40 minutes waiting for them to call me and they have the audacity to call and act like nothing is wrong that they are that late. Nobody has any clue what's happening because the staff changes everyday. Sad day dude.... read more

I took my dog in for rabies and microchip and put on all paperwork filled out online that was all that I wanted. They get my dog inside and they re-vaccinated him with what he already had. Another vet out to take your money. Do not go there. They are a rip off.
