Started going here a month ago when my dog starting losing hair on her back. I was able to schedule an appointment for her about 2 weeks out. For being affordable I figured it would take about that long. On the day of the appointment when I arrived it didn't take long for them to come get my dog. And shortly after the vet called me to discuss the skin problem. After that they sent me a link to pay the bill and they brought my dog back to the car. I had a great experience here, not sure about all of the poor reviews. My kitty seemed very mildly sick, just having runny eyes and seeming less energetic than usual. since I've adopted her I've only really gotten preventative care like her flea meds and shots through emancipet, but they do not do "sick" care and the wait can be a lot there. I was able to book an appointment for next day online, it was really easy. The wait was not super long and they came and got kitty from my car. I took both of my dogs here today and had a great experience! Both dogs were seen and we were on our way home within 45 minutes! Super friendly staff, and the doctor took her time answering my questions. Thank you so much for everything!

Brought my 9 year old rescue for a first appointment yesterday. They were late, but it was because they were disinfecting after treating a dog with pneumonia - thanks for the care! The tech and doctor were both fantastic and did extremely well with my dog. Delighted to have found them.

I was very happy with the service yesterday. The vet tech had to come in and out with my heavy cat carrier a few times (my fault), and she was a trooper. Very professional and courteous. The doctor did a wonderful job too and explained everything clearly. Prices were excellent. I will be back.

Good heavens. I can't take half of those 1 star reviews seriously, and neither should you! Seems like there's a lot of unrealistic, entitled people out there. But we all knew that. Common sense tells you that this isn't a walk in/emergency care clinic, that showing up late means you've now screwed up the clinics schedule if you still insist on being seen, and the other people who managed to show up on time, and that especially with COVID, we all need to be mindful of almost certain delays. I have a 4 year old Labrador mix who has never had any health major health issues, and I've been coming to this Thrive location every 6 months since 2017 for his annual check-ins (vaccines, heart warm and flea/tick medications). We've never had any issues and the facility (pre-COVID) was always clean. I've never used them for my pup being sick but highly recommend them for annual maintenance for their prices (including teeth cleanings that start at around $200). We had a wonderful experience at this location making me very intrigued as to why it doesn't have higher ratings here on Yelp. We were taken back right at our appointment time by a very friendly hostess, the nurse was knowledgable and patient with our hyper pup, and the Dr. was just as great.
