Everyone at Thrive is so professional and friendly. They care about my pets health and the Dr. Is very thorough and the Vet Tech was so nice! They have a new check in procedure because of Covid so it's comforting to know that even though you can't be in the exam room, they're being very well cared for.

We switched to Thrive from Tanglewood VCA. It is a fantastic office, the staff was friendly and so helpful. They listened to my concerns, we made a plan for my dogs health, and they didn't pressure me to anything I wasn't comfortable with for him. The office is very clean and modern in the lobby. With Covid precautions you are only allowed to do a lobby drop off and you wait in your car. I really appreciated the text communications during the appointment. We've been taking our Cattle Dog here for the past two years and have had great experiences every time! The veterinarian takes the time to answer any questions you may have, and the technicians handle my dog with great care. Their prices are also very affordable for visits all the way to dental cleaning.

Updating review as I wrote my last one in a rage. This place has been really great to us, and our last issue with the form being filled out wrong was corrected very fast and friendly, even though I was being a jerk. The vets are very kind and affectionate to the pet, they also clearly communicate information and suggestions. Had a few clerical errors that causes some major headaches. Aside from that it would be a 5!
