I really like this place. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable pertaining to possible issues with my four legged friend. Each visit they show general interest in what I'm concerned about. And they are affordable enough to run diagnostics for possible issues. I recommend for all my northern folks!

The entire staff is amazing! I just started going to Thrive at the beginning of this year. I have a 9 yr old dog. Today she was scheduled for a dental cleaning, tooth extraction(s), and a few bumps to be tested. I was very nervous about this procedure (putting her under anesthesia) but they answered any and all questions I had. I slept on this decision for about a week and did my research. I needed to get vaccinations for my dog on short notice and they accommodated me that day. My dog is also a "special needs" type dog and they went out of their way to make sure his needs were met! They are the best and I highly recommend Thrive in Round Rock!

We started taking our new puppy here for vaccinations after adopting her from APA. They were always very friendly and great with her. I really like the vibe of the place and the sweet techs that have interacted with us both visits. The first vet was saw was great, loved her! The second visit and vet was not as friendly and personable but still very professional and caring towards my pup. Our family got a new puppy and needed to book her first wellness appointment as soon as possible. So, after hours of research, careful Analysis & consideration of close proximity to our residents, we decided upon Thrive. We called for a checkup and vaccination appointment & was accommodated with soonest opening. What great place! I had been putting off arranging a dental cleaning for my old cat Bubba for years, deterred by the prices of all other veterinary hospitals. But I set up a dental cleaning for him here, and I couldn't be happier I did. I brought him in for his initial exam and the entire staff was very friendly, fast, and professional. My husband & I took our neurotic recently adopted cattle dog to in this morning..and it was such a great visit that I had to get on here and write a review right away. We had previously taken the dog to another vet which was recommended to us by the shelter. It was an absolute nightmare - our dog already has anxiety, and she & her staff had only made her vet-neurosis worse. Thrive has got to be the best thing to happen to me and my dog. They are incredibly caring, pleasant and helpful. I needed a second opinion for my dog so I made an appointment that worked with my crazy schedule. The office is clean-they're smart to have stained concrete floors. I had my dog's records and receipts from his previous vet and cannot believe I used to pay double for an exam and tests. We just switched to Thrive after having the most horrible experience at another veterinarian. They are affordable, super friendly, and upfront about what I'm paying for. The staff from the receptionist to the vet tech to the vet were all wonderful, helpful, and pleasant! They were very thorough and our 2 month old puppy was obviously in good hands.
