The team at Thrive Round Rock were super helpful. I brought my dog in last minute with an eye issue that looked very urgent and they were able to work me into the schedule and get me the exam and meds she needed. Even though I wasn't scheduled they were able to get me in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was very nice, as always, and very helpful.

This vet care is the best staff is super friendly and helpful. It's also really affordable which is really great for my fur babies! highly recommend this vet clinic I absolutely loved my experience there.

This experience couldn't have gotten more seamless than it was. I made an appointment online, was immediately ushered back into a room upon arrival, patient care was wonderful, and pricing was what was listed online. Not only did Thrive address our original concerns, they also informed us of potential needs for the future (without making us feel pressured to perform needless care). Dr. Diaz and Lisa P. were both great with my very anxious pup and we will definitely be going back for all of our vet care needs in the future!!

We loved this clinic!! I took my Aussie in for a dental consult and wellness check and met with Tech Kristen and Dr. Diaz. They were wonderful!! Very knowledgeable and comforting, very respectful of Wrigleys space and boundaries! Also very punctual, I was in break room for no more than 5-10 mins and waited for Dr for short time as well! Also want to say thank you to Angie for making us feel so welcome upon walking in! 5 stars for these guys! And so affordable

I used Thrive for the first time last week and I am very happy with my experience. I have 2 dogs and set up 2 appointments by phone. Front desk, vet techs and veterinarian were all friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they are affordable and have prices listed on their site. The thing I may like the most is the Thrive VIP membership. It is $9 per month for unlimited exams plus you get %10 off services in the office, free shipping I. I have a puppy that I have been bringing here for all of his vaccination needs. Being a first time dog owner I can't thank this place enough for taking their time to talk with me about every question I have, and educating me on what's best for my puppy. I used to have cats and have been to way too many places that charge ridiculous amounts for vaccinations, are not friendly, and rush me out. I have yet to have that experience here. I have to thank Thrive for assisting us with letting our beloved Justice Nathaniel go. Although it wasn't an easy decision to make. The staff and Vet's were very comforting to me during this process. He is now in Heaven and we will see him again. Thank you for all that you do for our pets.

So happy I found this place! Great experience from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Dr. Matern and her assistant, Kristin, were really good with my nervous older dog. Dr. Matern got down on the floor with him and was very patient (and informative)! I can't recall the receptionist's name (sorry!!) but she is super friendly & polite as well. I was comfortable enough after one visit to schedule his surgery, the only drawback was that I couldn't get him scheduled as quickly as I'd like because they are so booked... read more
