Had an appointment been siting here for a half hour with a screaming kid and a sick dog ... so far staff is nice but I'm not sure what an appointment is for more like an estimate time .. but the staff is amazing and even though it took a half hour to be seen they are good

Our fur child was due for her annual exam and we've been looking for a new vet service. Thrive has great reviews so we decided to give them a try. Everyone was friendly and professional, from the appointment setter to the tech and vet. They made recommendations for what we needed to upkeep our girls' health and wellness. Appointment ran a little long waiting for tests/shots, otherwise a good experience.

Friendly staff, great prices and good care. My 15 years old pup had multiple surgeries with these guys and they did a fantastic job. He's tumor free with super clean teeth now. Thanks for making this possible Thrive affordable vet care.

This place is the best! Everything about Thrive is easy and stress free. They are open on weekends and I was able to make an appointment online. I showed up 15 minutes early and they were able to see my dog right away. I was able get my dog 3 vaccinations, a heart worm screening and microchip for an extremely affordable price. I was a little unsure about going when I called to make the appointment the man sounded preoccupied and I could hear a lot of shuffling paper. But upon arrivel I was greeted very nicely and immediately place in a room. It was a little bit of a wait but once they came in things moved very quickly. I got the vaccination package I think that's what it was called it was a little more for vaccines than going to Emancipet but they include a head to toe by the vet. Been taking my cat here since I've had her. They're always nice and accommodating and really take the time to explain things and give you options for what's best for your animal and your wallet. They don't try and push a bunch of things down your throat trying to get you to buy a lot of unnecessary stuff or unnecessary treatments, which makes the whole process less stressful. They took such great care of my shih tzu puppy during his surgery today, and not to mention his neuter/hernia repair ended up being about 1/4th of what I was quoted at our regular vets office. I would max out my credit card in a heartbeat for my pup's health and safety- but when you have not 1, but 3, dogs and pay Austin rent, it's a huge help when you can get a necessary surgery for your dog without having to sell your kidney to make rent. So glad I came here!

The vet and the technician at this establishment have an extraordinarily gentle & soothing manner. My usually nervous & fearful cat was quite calm when they handled her, examined her and vaccinated her. I strongly recommend Thrive

My family and I had to make a hard decision to put down our dog poochie. The staff at Thrive was so supportive and understanding and helped us out tremendously threw this hard time.
