Update: The business manager reached out to me same day and left a message. We spoke today and they acted quickly to investigate the issue. They learned it was not one of their permanent vets on staff but a relief (temp) vet whom they cancelled future shifts with and reached out to the agency they use for relief vet services to clarify their policies. My family and I just moved to TX from FL and was looking for a new Vet. To be honest, when I spoke to the girl on the phone at the Louis Henna location I was skeptical bc she didn't seem to understand what I needed, how to get it, or that I'm new to the area and have NO CLUE what street names she was referring to. HOWEVER, I ended up visiting the one Great Hills trl and LOVED IT! Every staff member was amazing and helpful. The vet was very nice and explained everything to me. Everyone here is really nice. People expect a sort of cheapy (is that a word?) feeing when going into an "affordable" veterinary center but their lobby is always very well kept and smells clean and nice and the techs/front staff are always quick to help with a smile. We are able to call our dogs medicines in for a refill without issue and pick up at our convenience. We have always had a great experience at Thrive! One of my dogs is a caution dog so she is nervous around people and is a total mess of nerves at the vet. I stupidly confused my appointment with another day I was pretty stressed that I would have to put her through going in a second time but they were super nice and made time to get her in anyway which was so so gracious of them! The vets and technicians are always the sweetest and truly love dogs. Also, nothing is better news than a $15 vet bill!

A great veterinarian clinic. Affordable and the staff is very nice. We brought our sphynx here when we first got him and when we got a Devon we brought her here too. General wellness check ups and get them on heart worm meds. We also had a chip to install and they did it like it was nothing. Our Moogie was a sweetheart and the vet (sorry I can't remember your name) was very helpful. I recommend this vet as my experience here was A++

This vet ROCKS. The worst part about our experience with THRIVE is knowing it's been just down the road while we've been going to sub-par vets for triple the price. Every single employee that we've interacted with at THRIVE has been awesome with us and genuinely loving towards our pets. The place is always clean, appointment times are always prompt, we never feel rushed, and we always feel like our pets truly matter to whoever is working with us that day. 10/10 experience every time!
Waiting, waiting, waiting....despite an appointment.... and then they are helping people in the waiting room out of turn, and they keep turning into full visits, questions, treatments, rx's.... taking away one if the doctors... just keep moving the back...

I was so nervous about taking my little pup to his first visit, he's a rescue and has a lot of ptsd & anxiety. Dr Stansel & Lourdes were SO patient & kind it made such a difference for us both. The affordable prices and pleasant people I talk to everytime I call with a question really deserves recognition! Thanks guys!

BEST PLACE EVER. what was supposed to be a routine exam turned into my dog needing sedation and a minor procedure. I was expecting a huge bill, but the total for everything including my dog's vaccines and meds was under 400$. And on top of that, they were willing to work with me if I wasn't able to cover it all. I truly felt like they cared about my pets well being more than anything, and I have never felt so secure in leaving my baby with strangers. They couldn't have been more accommodating and sweet.
