Staff was friendly…The conveyor roller malfunctioned and jerked our car forward and lady in front of us causing our cars to hit . They won’t fix the lady car when it was obviously their fault from faulty equipment. And my parents went in after and it blew his light cover all the way off and broke it….just be careful so this don’t happen to you.!
Nice attendant. Car wash not good at all. Car coming out was hardly cleaner than when we went in. Glad I didn’t take the ‘awesome special’ and sign up for monthly. Pocatello Idaho location
Tidal wash on little and ridge - the children working there are rude as all can be. The manager isn’t bad but apparently has “undecided feelings” towards me. This is AFTER the construction of the carwash ruined my house since they decided to put the entrance on a dirt road to a neighborhood. ☺️ They haven’t tried to make things right.
Terrible customer service and their wash scratched up my homies truck.
Terrible customer service, car wash is terrible. Vehicle is still dirty when leaving the wash. A business that is only after money. They do not care about their customers

Tidewave auto spa in Queensbury has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. My wife and I are owner operators of a small business so we know what good Customer Service looks like and would never dare treat our customers with such disregard and distain as we’ve experienced having to deal with the manager of this location and several customer service representatives at their headquarters. I've sent multiple emails to customer service regarding an issue with the 76180 location, and I haven't received a single response. It's incredibly frustrating to be ignored like this. Because of the poor communication and lack of customer care, I will no longer be doing any business with Tidal Wave.
Attendants were nice at the Tidal Wave located on St Matthew’s Rd Orangeburg SC but the area where vacuums are was 1- filthy 2- vacuums faulty, after moving around finally found one that worked properly 3- sour smelling and wet towels 4- no spray to be found throughout the entire place!! Not at all worth $17.00
