First time user and my windshield had a soapy film on it after it dried as well as streaks of soap on drivers side window. Car was shiny... but there were 5 bird droppings that were still there. I had to wash that off when I got home. 😡 It was a $30 coupon.... glad I hadn't paid for it! Won't be going back!

I paid $30 for the wash. the front of car & tires came out looking good. but around my trunk was nasty looking, looked worse than when it went in.

Their car washes damage your paint just bought a 2018 Camaro and it had no paint issues other than a small dent on the back of the car. I went through the car wash and now have white specs in my paint where it chipped my paint and I’m pretty sure tidal wave isn’t gonna cover it.

Customer service when I called about my previous cancellation and being charged anyway was awful. Would not refund. Agent was extremely rude and condescending. Wash was very rough on my vehicle and would not use again. I absolutely do not recommend.

Zero stars. They’re thieves. They run a Dime a Dozen car wash with poorly trained &/or dishonest staff, predatory business practices, and customer service more useless than a rope pool cue. Don’t do business with thieves and steer clear of incompetent people. There are plenty of car wash facilities run by decent people doing honest work. Unfortunately not the case for Tidal Wave Auto Con.

I spent $30 at the Tidal Wave in Athens TN to wash a smallish sedan. Got home and realized that the top of the car and top of the trunk had not been touched at all and were still dirty. Called them back - this was no longer than 20 minutes after I left and they said they were sorry but since I already left, nothing they could do. Won't waste money here again!

I went to Tidal Wave for the first time on May 13 of this year. I wanted to sign up for a monthly membership. The gentleman helping me told me that I could sign up for a more expensive plan for a cheaper price and as long as I would come in before a month was up, they would only charge for the cheaper plan for the rest of the time I had a membership. Waited in line for over 15-20minutes and the line did not move. I don't know what the point is in purchasing an expensive pass if you can't just drive thru and get your cash wash. For some reason the workers were using the club membership side to sign people up rather than the regular entrance. The regular entrance was not being used at all. We decided to just pull out of the line after 15-20 minutes of the attendant being with the same car in line trying to sell a car wash membership. This is the new car wash in El Campo.

Will never go back to this car wash again! (lexington, KY off Richmond Rd) I know I got the cheaper wash, but I had to go to a whole different car wash after paying for this one. It barely got any dirt off, left a nasty grime all over and did not even rinse my truck off. my windshield was way more filthy after leaving than when I went in.
