Does not clean car very well for what you pay.
I went through the Richmond, KY location yesterday at approximately 2:42 PM and purchased the “Ceramic Sea Gloss” wash ($26). After the wash, I parked in a spot on-site to finish drying the windows on my vehicle and noticed my vehicle consistently dirty all around. I’ve had my card locked because they have been trying to charge my card for a week or so, I unlocked it today to use at the store and before I could lock it again the $24 was taking out. I called the home office and explained that I didn’t know how to cancel the membership and that my car is currently in the shop so I will not be using it. Corporate told me that they have to follow policy and that I could not get a refund. RecommendedTidal Wave, please send someone to check the Chandler Road store in Georgia, it's terrible customer service the soaps aren't working at all and most of all, the manager needs customer service 101 all over again in the classroom...that will be all!🤬
Roswell GA, Holcomb Bridge Location; I am unhappy with the attitude of the staff at this location today 11/13/24 2:05pm. I did Not want to move my car closer to the backend of the car in front of me in the queue so I got served attitude by the staff. A customer should not be made to feel that way. Cancelling and moving on.
Staff was friendly…The conveyor roller malfunctioned and jerked our car forward and lady in front of us causing our cars to hit . They won’t fix the lady car when it was obviously their fault from faulty equipment. And my parents went in after and it blew his light cover all the way off and broke it….just be careful so this don’t happen to you.!
Nice attendant. Car wash not good at all. Car coming out was hardly cleaner than when we went in. Glad I didn’t take the ‘awesome special’ and sign up for monthly. Pocatello Idaho location
Tidal wash on little and ridge - the children working there are rude as all can be. The manager isn’t bad but apparently has “undecided feelings” towards me. This is AFTER the construction of the carwash ruined my house since they decided to put the entrance on a dirt road to a neighborhood. ☺️ They haven’t tried to make things right.
