We tried to sign up for a family plan that is discounted. The first girl messed it up and one of us couldn’t use the pass at all and the other one was just a single wash not a monthly plan. The “manager” said he would fix it no problem lol. He tried for 45 minutes and could not fix it at all. We both came back together and the “manager” still did not fix it. They are all totally incompetent

I signed up for one month of car washes. They continued to charge me the following month for car washes I never used. They are a rip off and I will never use them again, so that 53.00 dollars you charged me for will cost you a lot more in the long run.

The customer service at Tidal Wave is poor. I canceled my subscription to Tidal Wave in January. I assumed that it was canceled since I got a confirmation email. However, I have been charged in January, February, March, and April. When I reached out about this issue, the customer service representative, said that it looked like my account had been used since the cancellation. This is the worst car wash I have ever visited. Their defective wash equipment severely damaged one of my mirrors, and it took 3 months and untold hours of my time to reach a solution. I never got compensated for the time I lost “working” for these clowns to help them fix the damage they caused, and their “customer service” are in cahoots to lie and manipulate the customers/victims of their crappy car wash to make sweep issues under the rug. By telling customers about the recurring charges, when all I really wanted was to try it out once and see if it did a good job....and it didn't!
Do not ever use tidal wave they will sign you up for a membership you didn’t ask for then continue to hit your account and claim someone is using it . When you call them they say to file a dispute with your bank and fraud charges cause they don’t refund and to enjoy your month of car wash services . It’s absolutely rediculis . Last time I went was Feb 2024 for $30 and I have been hit for $50 March , April and May now for somthing that was was never signed up for never used and never authorized. I tried canceling my membership to no avail. Then I called them when 5 seconds after they charged my card and told me that I had to prove that I tried to cancel it or they can't give my money back. I only went thru the car wash 3 times because I always had to go to the self wash and finish the job. I'll go to the utmost extreme to expose this trash car wash. or you can send me my money back. I have been trying to cancel by membership for over 2 weeks to no avail. I went to the site 10 days prior to my monthly membership ending to cancel but saw they withdrew the monthly fee out of my bank account. Went back again and it’s been 4 days and still haven’t seen the funds posted back into my account. If and when they do return the funds it will be $5.00 less then they took out. No good explanation for this.
