Everyone was amazing at TLC HOME INSPECTIONS. From the first call, the follow up scheduling, payment options all so easy and efficient. Patrick the TLC inspector for the property I have a contract on was so kind, knowledgeable and thorough, you could tell he knew what he was doing. Helped me feel confident in having him do the inspection. Will be recommending this company to many people.

TLC and their inspector Patrick Gilson did a very thorough job. Because we weren't there, he took the time to go over what he found with us over the phone. The report was easy to read and very comprehensive. Plus, he came out on a Sunday. I would highly recommend them!

Great experience! Was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Julie feigenson did an thorough inspection of a home I was looking to purchase and found a major issue which would have cost me thousands of dollars to fix myself. She walked me through her findings and turned the report around same day. Can't say enough good things about Julie and TLC!

I called TLC & they came out the next morning for the inspection. Fabian was very thorough & professional - & actually took the time to show me some areas that needed attention while I was there. Fabian sent the inspection report that very evening. Their pricing is also transparent. I am happy I found TLC & wouldn't choose anyone else for my home inspections in the Hill Country!
