Very friendly staff. My service advisor Shannon is awesome! She understands my needs and gets me in and out quickly. I always request her when I have to go in for service.

It would be wonderful if the service advisor would ret calls or answer her phone. It would also be helpful if the link to check car status was accurate. Lastly, do not go to lunch and leave the customer hanging when the car is already late.
