Tyler was extremely helpful and attentive to all my questions. He was courteous and professional when describing what was wrong with my vehicle and when delivering my car when repairs were completed. I wish I had that kind of experience at all other establishments!
Erica was very nice and helpful. I am extremely happy with the service that they provided me with.

David was friendly and timely. They ordered a Lyft to shuttle me back hime and then delivered my truck when it was done. Made something that is normally inconvenient, as easy as possible. I plan to return.

By far the BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD at a car dealership. Worth the drive from midland. Farley , drew , Matt and Ray for an amazing job. I’m never waiting very for my truck to get serviced at Town East Ford. My service writer, Jim Artrip, always keeps me updated on the progress of the work and sees to it that I’m on my way ASAP. I recently recommended this dealership to my neighbor for repairs needed to his truck due to an accident. He was pleased with the work performed by Town East.
