Generally speaking I have been pleased with the quality service and level of attention paid to my needs as a customer. This past visit, when I expressed the desire to have my spare tire rotated into the tire rotation, my service adviser seemed surprised by the request. The impression it gave me was that he was told to “push back” a little on certain requests, then if the customer is adamant to assure the customer it would be done.
