Jermaine was great, even before we met. I have never had anyone take and send a short video of a vehicle and email it to me. He was very accomodating, professional, and personable. We would highly recommend him to anyone! Keep up the great work! 👍😊👍

Great experience overall. I bought a certified pre owned expedition and on the way home I had a problem. The dealership agreed to fix the problem for no charge. I would buy from Town East Ford again.
