I made my appointment online but ended up getting to the dealership 30 minutes early. This was no problem for the Toyota team. I was greeted and immediately taken care of by Brad. Everything was quick and easy. He even provided me solid advice on my tire tread! Thanks Brad and Toyota of Kirkland!
I love their new building and the commissary which helps cover hunger pains while waiting. And, Larry, the service rep, was very personable and serious about honoring his word and making sure that the service was outstanding. I came in grouchy, but I left with a smile on my face. :-)
I took my car in for a service and was very impressed with the friendliness, the quality of work as well as the price!
It was great! Had a late afternoon appointment so expected to have a longer wait. They said 1-1/2 hours and they were right on schedule with that estimate! Thanks Toyota of Kirkland!!
